Our story
The software disappeared. The mission didn't.
Veterans across the country received 5-channel EEG headsets as part of neurofeedback and biofeedback programs. These devices were designed to support self-regulation training — helping veterans manage stress, improve focus, and support mental wellness. Then the manufacturers discontinued their software. Overnight, working hardware became unusable, and veterans lost access to training they'd invested in and relied on.
Kinetic bridges the gap.
We built replacement software that works with the same legacy headsets — at no cost to veterans. No subscription, no license fee, no paywall. Just working software that keeps the hardware alive and the training going.
A new amplifier is also in development to further lower the cost of entry for veterans who need new hardware.
What we stand for.
Hardware Longevity
Your EEG headset still works. Our software ensures it keeps working, so the hardware investment veterans and programs made isn't wasted.
Veteran Support
This software exists for one reason: to make sure U.S. military veterans can continue their neurofeedback training without interruption or cost.
Uninterrupted Access
No subscriptions, no license fees, no paywalls. Free access, maintained and supported, so training continuity is never a financial question.
A new chapter in affordable neurofeedback.
Beyond keeping legacy hardware alive, Kinetic is developing a new low-cost EEG amplifier designed specifically for veterans. Our goal is to make brain-computer interface technology accessible to every veteran who needs it — regardless of budget or geography.
